Several of my clients find themselves comparing themselves to others and never feeling “good enough.” I teach them to SAC IT!! My interpretation of that is to:
Separation: Remind yourself you are not that person and keep your thoughts at arms length rather than allowing them to get to the stage of comparison.
Appreciation: Tell yourself everyone has their own story and appreciate them for who they are.
Curiosity: Say to yourself, “Isn’t that Interesting?” And then say, “What’s Next?” And go about your day…
