I had a great session yesterday with a 14 year old and was reminded of how much our relationships mirror back our own insecurities, interests and how much they affect our day-to-day interactions. I simply taught her a simple tool of showing up on a daily basis reflecting the top 3 qualities and inherent characteristics that are important to you. By showing up in the world with those intact, the world will reflect back more greatness… Simple. And, simple is good.
