“Just Because” Journaling…

Sometimes it is a great release to “just because” journal. Ya know, the kind of middle of the day, for no particular reason, drop what you are doing and journal…

 

I have done this over the past several years and I promise you; it brings about a great sense of relief and, in a sense, simplifies the rest of the day and night.

 

I keep a notebook in my car and upon occasion, I will pull over, maybe even jump out of the car and sit next to a tree to simply jot down my current thoughts. What is most present. Moving my thoughts from my head down into my heart…

 

The rest of my day and night seem to flow with less force. More simply and more in tune with my breath.
